Regions Financial Corporation Credit card department,

i received a cold call from a company called - on -/-/2016 claiming they could help make my website better for -.when i found out i was being defrauded i turned to my visa card for help.i explained to them that i received no service from this i was told i waited to long.i thought visa could still help me when i was not rendered any service.
