Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida

I was advised to get a " CORELOGIC TELETRACK ''. tHEY SENT ME THE REPORT THAT HAD A COVER LETTER WITH MY CORRECT NAME AND ADDREES - DOB -/-/- LIVING THE LAST 34 YEARS AT -, FLORIDA - but the documents inside where for - at -, FLORIA - WITH A BIRTHDAY -/-/-.in -/-/- i had problems with identity theift with the IRS.
