My - - - - Credit Card was recently changed to a - Card from Barcalycard and I was required to sign a contract with a FORCED ARBITRATION CLAUSE if I wanted the credit card. I sent them a letter asking to opt out and still get the credit card, but never heard back. This violates my rights by blocking me from suing if there 's a dispute. Also, there 's no right of appeal, no public record, no requirement to follow established law. It 's a consumer ripoff! Please stop this and enact rules to end this practice. Thank you.
