1. Loan is still not closed after 7 months. 2. Operations Manager made several attempts to make our insurance company insure for the full amount of the loan and not just the dwelling as allowed by law. 3. Calls and emails being sent to us after - requesting that we need to sign the paperwork immediately. 4. - closing dates have been set up and we are still not closed. 5.Repeated attempts to get us to sign documents indicating a 10 % interest rate instead of 4.5 %. 6. Verbal statements as follows : " Just sign the paperwork. I swear - that we will change it back to 4.5 %. 7. Numerous delays due to their own negligence and errors.
