I have recently discovered some collections on my credit report that do not belong to me. Someone has used my name and now I am repeatedly being harassed and threatened for bills that do not belong to me. These agencies use - collection attempts and the US Govt. should stop this. These collection agencies are relentless and they continue to call my place of business, my home, my friends and my relatives, all hours of the day or night seven days a week. They are trying to force me to pay for services and/or bills that are not mine. Also the collections are from a state I have never resided in. I have tried to resolve this on my own to no avail and I refuse to pay or settle on a bill that is not mine. Looking through my investigative notes it seems that the ( - ) medical collection 's on my credit report are connected to - visit to a NC doctor visit. It seems my name has now been sold to yet another batch of piranhas because I am now being harassed from new telephone numbers from a different state.
