Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts California
I have desperately been trying to put an initial fraud alert on my credit file. I keep getting alerts from banks, email providers, everyone really, saying someone is trying to log in to my accounts from -. I obviouslly want to put a fraud alert on my file. I go and try to do it online, submit all my information, and am told they are unable to assist me online and i should call for more information. Wehn I call, if I use the automated self service, they tell me they are unable to assist me over the phone and to file online. If I choose an option that seems like it would get me a live person, i am put on hold until the call auto disconnects. Meanwhile, someone is going to log in to my accounts and steal all my money and I am NOT being protected by these companies.
