Synchrony Bank reported my Amazon.com retail card as 30-days delinquent to - in - 2013, even though the company has previously admitted fault via telephone that they may have made a mistake in sending the statement, which led to my missed payment. Synchrony has removed the delinquent mark on - 's file, they should remove it on - 's file as well.
