Closing/Cancelling account Indiana
I was enrolled in a repayment plan for one of my American Express credit cards. I allowed them to automatically take money out of my account monthly for a year. After completing the program as I agreed both of cards was cancelled. I called to ask why I had not received a monthly bill and at that time they told me because I participated in this program my accounts had been cancelled. I only enrolled one of my cards in the program. I got nothing in writing and I asked for an investigation and to date I still have gotten no response. I have made numermous calls which all have been dropped. They also stated have a balance of $180.00.
