This is a follow up, with additional information, to Case number : - In the original complaint, I stated that I was reapplying for the line of credit ( per US Bank 's instructions ), so that my interest rate would be based on the correct credit score. However, I received a piece of mail from US Bank today reflecting the credit score used for the reapplication. It reflected it at - credit score as of -/-/16. However, I now have proof from - that my credit score was - as of -/-/16. While I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in the first place, it now seems that they 're systematically shaving - points off my credit score prior to determining the rate. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I 've now spent hours on the phone trying to get some resolution. US Bank barely even seems to be able to understand the problem, let along who can or how to fix it. Please see attached documents.
