This is regarding my experience with Elan financial services. I had moved to -, - and became working resident here since - 2013. I was locked out of my online account as I was using a different computer. Upon calling customer assistance they told me I needed a current credit card to be able to have access to my online account. However, my current credit card was sent to an old address in - Colorado. Another thing worth mentioning is that the mail system in - is extremely corrupt and I received about - % of my mail sent from the U.S. The supervisor told me that the only way I could see my financial statements was if they sent them to me, or if they sent me my current card in -. If they send me my CC to - both my personal information and CC is in high risk of being stolen. All I want to do is pay off the balance, but I wanted to review my automatic payments over the last three years to ensure that my payments were properly allocated to both prinicpal and interest per my terms and conditions. However, they will only provide this with current CC information and they will only send this by mail, which will open me to both CC fraud and identity fraud. They will let me pay off the balance but they have denied me the right to review my statements and balance that I have been paying on for the last three years.
