-/-/2015, Midland Credit Management was told that I was represented by counsel and that they had failed to respond to a request to produce documents including account statements, account numbers, payment history, proof that account was mine. At that time they ceased all communication. However, for the past two months, thy have violated my rights by once again started calling our number, - and leaving automated messages or hanging up and calling again numerous times. On -/-/2015, they mailed me a letter, in violation of consumer protection laws, referencing an account number, account -, knowing that I had counsel. They still failed to provide any documentation or proof that this account belonged to me. I have retained copies of their correspondence. midland was sued by you for exactly this type of violation. They are now trying this same tactic with me, in violation of my rights. I ask that they stop this collection activity immediately or I will file a complaint against them and any counsel contacting me against my rights, with the attorney generals office and take legal action as appropriate for this violation. Thank you.
