Professional Bureau Collections of Maryland Inc called my cell phone and left a message not identifying themselves. They then called my employer which was not information provided by me to them or information provided by me to -. When they called my office, they refused to identify themselves. They called back again and still refused to identify themselves. The representative that was on the phone was a female and stated that there was no point in identifying herself. She was requested not to call back at that time. I called the number of - back on my personal cell phone and a man saying that he was the manager got on the phone. I also advised him is not to call the employer and he has a good direct contact number for me that he may continue to use. I also advised him that I would be filing a complaint and he said to do what I needed to do.
