Hi, Thank you in advance for your help. We paid on our credit card balance of $240.00 a " cash reward '' of $200.00. This $200.00 reward was earned and was correctly credited for that month. However, American Express charged us a $20.00 fee because we did not make the " minimum payment '' of $35.00. We talked to an agent on the phone, and they said they could not remove the fee. ( While this is not a lot of money, I am thinking of other folks who are charged fees in this incorrect or at least misleading manner. )
