Closing/Cancelling account Texas
I opened a new card at AME-. The account was opened for less than a month and AME- requested to see my prior tax returns from the past two years. I specifically told AME- that I had not filed my taxes yet and I requested an extension on for them. They told me I need to file my taxes and I had 15 days to do so. I filed my taxes in order to keep my account open and filled out there requested information. After the 15 days, I called AME- and they told me I had not filed my taxes and closed my account after I did exactly what they told me to do. Also, AME- has lied to me of when payment was due. I offered for AME- to see my returns and they rejected my request. I have called multiple times to get this issue resolved and AME- has not done anything to help me as far as keeping my account open
