-. I never received any notification regarding a medical bill that I do n't remember not paying. I would like to get a copy of this bill showing my name and date of appointment. I also would like to know the reason this bill was send to collection without my knowledge. This account just show up on my credit recently the last week he was never reported before, so I assume that it 's a mistake and I request this to be removed from my credit.
