To. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Greetings, My name is - - I was - Military Because of -. after almost a year of struggle I could not afford to pay my debt so I decided to enroll in the Debt settlement program so far I already pay a Total of $25000.00 to the Debt Settlement Company which taking out from my - Payment from Dept. of Veterans Affairs. and automatically withdrawn from my Bank. the debt settlement company promise me to settle of my debt one of them are - credit card the debt settlement company notified me that the - accepted the settlement through Glass Mountain Capital LLC for the amount of $5800.00 this was settled by installment basis and the debt settlement company charge me a total of $1800.00 just a settlement fee for this account. now base on my research the debt settlement company paid the Glass Mountain Capital LLC through auto payment but the Glass Mountain Capital LLC did not accept the last two of auto payment in the amount of $180.00 so that the account remain open and per Global Client Solution account statement they reverse the payment and I found out they sold me to another collection agency. I want to file a complaint against Glass Mountain Capital LLC because of unfair techniques of collecting payment to a helpless people I hope this will serve a Lesson in the future Victims. I wish your Department can help me, and also can you Please Bring this case up and report it to the Congress.
