I received a writ of garnishment from the payroll department of the job I have only been at for a month, The Collection Agency is Wakefield and Associates In the Writ of Garnishment is my full Social Security number and my entire date of Birth, the Creditor is - -, asking for $1600.00. I had - - as my Medical Insurance Company in - but all premiums were taken out of my check and I never owed them any premiums. My Daughter had - in - when she was - but what the insurance company did n't pay I paid. There is nothing owed to - -., a copy of the original court document says - - - in - - Court but I have never been served any court papers by - - or Wakefield and Associates. I have absolutely no idea what this is for .Wakefield and Associates have never communicated with me either by phone or mail to allow me to respond to this, and dispute it they have just filed a garnishment on - -, -. This needs to be immediately stopped
