I rented a safe deposit box in - - branch of chase in -, NY in 2015. When I went to my safe In - 2015, I found the hinges of my box cut and the door open ( I did not need to use my key ). The person in charge told me that they had to cut the hinges to open the box next to mine, however when I asked her why you did cut the hinges of my box and you did not inform me before cutting the hinges, she did not have any answers. She only gave a phone number to call. I called many times and asked them for at least an explanation or apology. They promised to do so but I have never received anything from them so far.
