This organization claims that they do not have written authorization to cease communications other than in writing. I will again send this information to them however, the representative said that she will continue to call until I provide banking information which will allow them to automatically withdraw funds from my account each month. I will mail the agreed payments to them however, she stated that is not good enough and she will continue to call because they do n't consider it an arrangement or agreement unless they can automatically withdraw payments from my account.
