This is a dental practice loan. Applied for refinance. This company already has the original loan. Process started in -/-/-. Company has not been adequately responsive for last 2.5 months.. meanwhile I am paying the added interest to them. They are not answering emails or phone calls. I have been " approved '' per agent ( - - ) yet received no call backs for over ten days. HE is consistently not responsive. I left messages with other agents in an attempt to move this along. still no response
