AmeriCollect Debt collection department,

Medical False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Wisconsin

Americollect has been contacted by me and by the - regarding debts owed to them. They continue to answer in a manner that just gives a run around. No real solution. I had set up an automatic payment to pay on a debt they say I did n't pay. They stopped taking out of my checking after the payment was made on -. The debt listed of $60.00 should have been paid off. They claim I still owe it, they say that the last payment made was -, but I proved to them that they took out another payment on -, but they claim they applied to another account. They are not applying it correctly and refuse. I have also been disputing a debt from - of $640.00. They are saying it was delinquent of -, this does n't even give enough time for insurance to be billed and paid and then sent to me for payment. We filed for bankruptcy on - and I have been questioning this debt. I know - was the original debtor and they were included in my bankruptcy, which also means I did n't receive any bills either from them. I am only asking my bill show it was paid and the - for $640.00 should be removed, either way my 7 years will be up, or they are asking for a debt that was including in my bankruptcy which is against the law. They refuse to update my credit report with the correct information.
