Synchrony Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Account opening, closing, or management Indiana

I opened a bank account with them several years ago. I asked for help by email regarding my account to update and either close it or use it. I have not heard back from them by email or phone as I do recall giving them this information a week ago. That may be why I left them do to lack of communication skills. I never deposited funds in the account that I am aware.
