Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington

I received a letter from Receivable Management Group , Inc. saying I owed $2400.00 from a -, hospital stay etc.-/-/- thru -/-/-. I did have the - etc. however I was and still am on my husbands Ins, - -, and was told by the ins co, that not only do I not owe anything that during those dates it was a global period. I also talked to the finance department at - - - and was told that I owe nothing and that I have a - balance as of -/-/-. They also told me that they do not contract out with Receivable Management Group , Inc. When I talked to a - - who claimed to be a supervisor he said that I was lying and that BMI did contract with them. I asked him for a proof of debt and the break down of the bill that 's when he hung up on me. The person that I spoke to at - -. offered to call - - and have a 3 way conference call with my permission, he refused and preceded to hung up on her. I have been working diligently on improving my credit. If I felt that I owed - I would definitely pay this bill. The last amount I owed - was $740.00 which I paid the entire amount in full. I not sure where to go from here. I just want to remedy this situation as soon as possible. - - - -
