My husband was - military at the the time of this bill I had - full medical insurance coverage via -. I never received a bill from - and only found about this debt when I checked my credit report. I contacted - my medical insurance to see why this bill was not paid and they informed me that no bill was ever submitted to insurance dunning - -, 2011. I contacted - about this issue and I asked them to resubmit the bill to my insurance ; they refused. They said they could no longer help me because they sent it to collections. The collection agency said they will remove the report if the insurance company will send them a letter stating that I had coverage. My Insurance says they have no paperwork of any charges/bills from - in 2011, so they ca n't send any letter. Tri-care ( my medical Insurance ) said to ask - to resubmit the bill. Each agency tells me to contact someone else.
