Since - -, I have made payments to the Military star Card on time. Each time I made a move, I changed my address. In - -, I moved from - to - - and I was receiving statements at my new address. Around - - I realized I was not receiving any statements from the Military Star card and so I decided to call the company and ask them why. I was told by the lady on the phone that they were sending my statements to my - address even though I had been living in - for over a year and a half. The lady said my statements were once again going to my - address and she did not know why. I then changed that address again with her over the phone. She also informed me that I had a payment of $44.00 due so I immediately paid it off with her over the phone. I have been receiving my statements at my - address ever since. When I pulled a credit report recently, it showed that I have a 30 day and 60 day late payment with the Military Star card for a time period where my statements were going to -.
