The hospital assigned the debt to CALIFORNIA BUSINESS BUREAU, - - -, - - - - -, CA -. Rather than report - debt to the credit reporting agencies, CALIFORNIA BUSINESS BUREAU has listed the debt FOUR times as - SEPARATE ACCOUNTS with -, FOURTEEN TIMES as - SEPARATE ACCOUNTS with -, and EIGHTEEN times as - SEPARATE ACCOUNTS with -. There is and was only - ACCOUNT with the original creditor. CALIFORNIA BUSINESS BUREAU is falsely and fraudulently reporting - debt as several as an intentional act to damage my credit report.
