Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Alabama

I have been a victim of fraud and Identity theft. I have reported - to all - credit bureaus about this and they have went to every extreme to notify this company that I was a victim of identify theft and fraud. I am also contacted the company stating that this not my account and sent in an affidavit stating it is not mine. I have also had my attorney to submit a letter to this company and they still have yet to respond back to me or my attorney. I am very furious about this because I have sent supporting documentation to this company even though they think the social number matches name and birthday they still think it is mine account. I have never opened a credit card with these people at all. I am very furious about this and this is my second time reporting it to CFPB and I still have not gotten any satisfaction from this company about this account. I have went over and beyond doing what I need to do about this and I do not know what other steps there is to take. If this is not off my credit by this company by - - as requested by my attorney please let this company know that we will sue them for continuing to have negative untrue things on my account about having a card with them. This is the last time I will be contacting them about this account next time they will be receiving a subpoena from my attorney for a appearance date in court. I expected to hear back from this company before - -. If not further action will be taken by my attorney and I know you got her letter because it was sent next day. Please have the company contact me back before - - so that we can try to settle this out of court if not legal action will be taken.
