It started with IndyMac switching are mortgage to Ocwen without giving me any notice. I was in the process of modifying my mortgage with Indymac. I had to start over with the modification process with Ocwen and its going on 3 years due to a reduction in my income. I sent in all the required documents by fax and email. When time to discuss my information they always reply '' we do not have your documents ''. When I send my documents I send them repeatedly. I received a house evalution on my property which is not accurate causing me to continue to pay PMI. My LTV is more than - % and I should be paying PMI.
