I contacted IC System about an account on my credit report that is not mine, but instead belonging to a family member. The agent I talked to acknowledged that they knew that the account did not belong to me and the agent said they will not remove it from my report until said family member pays the debt. I did not give IC System permission to use my credit for any purposes.
