This is in regards to the TD Auto Finance debt listed on my credit report with -. I have disputed this collection numerous times, provided definitive documentation to -, and - has refused to removed this account from my credit report. As you will see in the documentation provide to me from TD Auto, the original delinquency date on this account is -/-/-. For some reason, - keeps sending me information saying it was -/-/- which is inaccurate. My account went into collections on -/-/- and was charged off on -/-/-. Per FCRA guidelines, we are now at either 7 years and 6 months from the 1st delinquency date or 7 years and 2 months from the charge off date. Either of these are passed the allotted time. Please have this account removed from my credit as it has already made me delay the closing on my new home once and now I have additional interest to pay. Thank you for your help in this matter.
