Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Alabama

I attempted to obtain a consumer report relating to my banking history via a telephone call to Early Warning Services. Early Warning Services is a credit reporting agency and is listed on the consumerfinance.gov website. During my phone call to Early Warning Services, I was told that I could not have my credit report because Early Warning Services could not verify who I am. I was told during the phone call to Early Warning Services that I would have to fill out a form, submit documents and wait for a month before I can receive my credit report. Early Warning Services is withholding information that I need and I want my credit report.
