Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Maryland

I just check my credit report and found the surprise that have - accounts in collection and none of them belongs to myself! ; - of them it comes from the same collector : UNITED CONSUMERS and the other - is from - .. base on what I read on my - report ( # - ) they have received accounts under the name - - and my name is - - - - I really appreciate any help that you guys can provided me due its unbelievable that my credit is so low and damaged due a huge mistake from the creditors.
