Ditech Sent the Complainants a Fraudulent Foreclosure Notice Complainants lodged routine inquiries about late charges and HAMP program performance irregularities with Ditech. Instead of responding subtantively, Ditech retaliated in a hostile manner and threatened the Complainants with foreclosure. Complaints received a certified letter on - -, 2016 ( dated - -, 2016 ) that was styled as " Texas Notice of Default and Right to Cure. '' The notice purports Complainants are two months behind on their lien payment. In fact, on the day this letter was mailed by Ditech, the Complainants were only 17 days past a - -, 2016 due date on ONE SINGLE payment. Full Text of Complaint is Attached.
