In order to move my cell phone - to my Son 's account, we had to pay the balance at - - - before they would release the number to be transferred to -. At one point they said my account was closed and we could n't get the number back. The account was paid and we got the number back and - activated my number under my son 's name - -. You may call me if you wish to verify. - - - is notorious for their billing mistakes which wastes our time and money getting them settled. It seems clear that they sold my account to a collection agency right after i paid my bill in full and left them after years of being a loyal customer. My Son left them years previously because of billing disputes when they were -. Turns out that they suspended his services because he went over their limit by $6.00. After weeks of discussion with their presidents office, it turns out that he was over because they did n't give him his - % discount for bundled services. SO WE REALLY ARE NOT SURPRISED! -
