This account is on my credit report. I spoke with the original creditor - and they indicate that this account does not exist. i spoke with debt recovery solutions on - and - and - representatives were rude over the phone and only cared if i was going to pay or not. all i tried to do was ask for help since the original creditor does n't have any info on the debt then how am i supposed to get this resolved. I spoke with - - who claimed to be the " top manager '' and he also had a bad attitude and did not maintain professionalism. all they offered was to send me a bill however that would not help in this situation.I offered to conference the call with the original creditor however the manager refused. he acknowledged that the original creditor would not have any information on a sold account but would not explain why the representative the previous day told me to call them. this company is giving me the run around and it is unappreciated.
