Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

I am out of work right now and are unable to pay for this loan I have with Gold Star Finance, the manager is - - his # is -, I understand I have to pay, I just need some time, this person almost tears down my front door, is here every other day in different cars and at different hours, my daughter is terrified of him, he parks his car behind my car, so I cant move, I do not want to talk to him and that is why i 'm filing this complaint
