I am being Charged for early terminaton fees on - contracts I cancelled due to being mislead and I feel that - also falsely signed another contract that they did not make me aware of they had me sign the 2 year contract with them using an electronic sign pad then told me that It did not take the first time and that I had to sign again they never told me that I was signing - contracts they also told me that because it was - special I was getting a Free speaker which they charged me - for I would have never bought the speaker for - if they would have told me the truth. When I called - corporate office they said that the employee had been terminated and that they would credit my account - but that they had my signature on the documents when I told them that it was fasley signed they also said that t was my problem I have had many complaints and all they can reaasre me of is that the employee was terminated and that I was not the only person this employee had done this to. I fell that I should not be reponsible for having to pay these terminatin fees due to feeling like they have violated my rights and in a sense commited fraud against me for copying my signature onto documents that I had not agreed to
