Recently reviewed my credit report an observed a collection account for the amount of $200.00 from ERC in regards to a - account. Contacted ERC and they stated that I owed a balance of $200.00 for a past account. Informed ERC that I cancelled - service in - and ported my phone number to - - with my husband. My balance was paid in full and the last statement I from - was a - balance. Informed ERC that I am a current - customer and began service with - again in - -. My account is current a payment was submitted to - on -/-/- for the amount of $180.00. Also informed ERC that - never sent a notice for payment of $200.00. Disputed the validity of the account with ERC and requested documentation of charges. ERC has failed to provide any documentation regarding account as of -/-/-. I have contacted - and they have no knowledge of a past due account.
