i was an american express card holder in good standing, had pay over time feature, in - i charged a large bill, soon after theycancelled my charge over time feature, without notice and started charging me late fees. despite all my efforts to talk to them about, this unfair action they went ahead and cancelled my account witch had a lot of reward points, by saying my credit was bad,, which was not true as i had been with them for - years, and had charged and paid almost - dollars in 2015. all my efforts to reinstate my account have failed, i had told american express, that i had no problem in paying interest on account and will pay off my balance with in 2-3 months. This has been very unfair, All i want was to re-instate my account, charge me interest and i will payoff the balance, but they have refused to reinstate my account, confiscating lot of reward points that i had accumulated, over time, please HELP
