The IRS reported my info hacked in -. I looked at my credit report on - and saw a collection notice for a - account I never had. I disputed it and it was removed. Now I have received a letter and phone calls from this outfit Afni, Inc. of -, IL. Evidently this is the standard operation from the number of complaints I quickly found.
