Paid off mortgage in full on - -, 2016, received a deed of reconveyance which was incorrect according to the State of Alaska Recording office. The Recording office sent it back with instructions on how to do it correctly on - -, 2016. I have still not received the corrected deed of reconveyance from the mortgage company and neither has the recording office. It has been almost two months.
