Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee
On Thursday -/-/-2016 I had a vehicle repossessed the loan holder is Wells Fargo Dealer Services in California. I paid all the fees that needed to be paid on -/-/-2016 by - -. We drove over an hour to pick up the vehicle. Then today -2016 the repossessed the same vehicle again. To me this is unexceptionable. Mistakes may happen, but this is a huge over site. Wells Fargo needs to do a better job. We had to wait 4 hours on -/-/-2016 after we paid the fees before they released it, now tell me why did I have to wait so long but Wells Fargo ca n't get their system straight.
