I continue to get bills from AFNI for $1100.00 for an - - - - account that was paid through a back and forth dispute between - - - and myself. The account was already handled by - - , - who continues to call me and leaving messages or hanging up 2-3 times per day. I did make a complaint to the CFPB and explain that the account was taken care and paid through another collection company - - in - -. I have been in dispute with the original creditor and have an ongoing case open with the FCC against - - -. AFNI Inc. has continued to report inaccurate information to the credit reporting agency about a debt that is not correct. I have now sent a complaint to the - Attorney General about AFNI violating my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I do not owe the AFNI anything and they continue to report inaccurate information to the credit agencies.
