US BANK REFUSED to remove credit card account information from 'Authorized User 's ' credit report which can negatively affected on credit decisions and negatively affecting credit card utilization. Authorized User is NOT ACCOUNT OWNER and not liable for any of subject credit card debt according to US BANK. Account owner requested proof of any documents/electronic signed documents of authorized user 's with social security number but US BANK representative, - ( who refused to provide last name and employee/representative number ) refused to provide.
