I contacted Professional Credit Services to assist me with settling a long standing debt with - - -. I explained very clearly that I am the - of a - parent and that I was her sole breadwinner. I was told by one representative ( - ) that I would be able to settle this debt and get it removed from my credit report. - transferred me to a man named - who not only told me that he refused to settle, but was very abusive and wanted me to send my mother 's medical records to him to prove to him that she was -. I told him that I would n't do that and that because of how he was treating me considering that I initiated the call myself to try and get this debt settled, I disconnected the call.
