We had - - - - in -/-/-, which we had problems with it working correctly. We called to cancel the service and a representative informed us that they would send a return shipping box for all of the equipment to be sent back to their warehouse. The day this was done we called to let them know and the representative informed us that we would not owe anything on this account. - - - turned it over to a collection agency, then took it back and turned it over to another collection agency. The collection agency shows it as an open account for -/-/-, the representative that I had talked with was very demanding and rude. We were told if we do not pay this account in full then we will be charged with criminal intent not paying this debt. I do not think this is good business for any company. I would not recommend - to anyone.
