We got - - - - in 2012 and after having so much trouble with it working correctly, we called them to cancel our services. They did not care at all about resolving the problems we were having with the service and was told by a representative for us to use the return shipping box they would send to us. We sent all of the - equipment back to - - - and was told that we did not owe anything on the account with them. - - - later sent this account to a collection agency then got it back and sent it to another collection agency after a few months. The collection agency representative was not nice about anything concerning this account. They were very demanding that it be paid in full or we would deal with a crime of not paying a debt. I did not appreciate this attitude at all and this is not a good way of doing business. I would never recommend anyone to use - services.
