Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Texas

applied for loan was approved then before closing pinnacle credit service put account on my report. It not mine so started process to dispute. - states items not changed and remains on report. I have spoke with pinnacle they have not proof of account just name and amount due in computer. They say they are 3rd party. Gave me another name and number to first national collection they state they have no proof only name and amount in computer and are a 3rd party and works for Pinnacle. Pinnacle states it is with -. Called - and they said the do n't have anything for me now or ever in the past that went to collections and that I have not done buisness with them in 9 years and it was a car loan that was paid in full and on time. Pinnacle refuses to remove and refuses to show proof of dept they trying to collect. All - will say is dept was updated by pinnacle as mine and they can not take off report. Started dispute in - did n't get answer till - -.
