The debt was paid late by my insurance but it was due to the fact that the doctors office in question submitted the claim incorrectly multiple times. My insurance contacted the doctors office and let them know as well. I was in contact with my insurance the entire time. My original date of service was -/-/2015.There are - entries for this - date of service on my insurance site. The doctors office turned me over to a collection agency that wanted to hear nothing but when I was going to pay a bill I did not owe. They have since reported this on my credit and I am in the process of trying to buy a house.
