I have tried calling the collection agency to resolve my financial issue, because I am hard of hearing and they wo n't communicate with me on speaker phone. So then I ask if they could communicate with me via email and they refuse. They told me to got get a different phone. First of all I do not owe the debt it was paid by - -. I tried contacting them and they said the the - Doctor has to talk to them directly. The doctors office refuses to do this. Do n't I have the right to resolve my issue?
